Advantages:

В принципе неплохая квартира, но есть некоторые нюансы..... В частности очень жёсткая кровать. Мне нормально, но есть люди, которые на жёстком спать не могут, пишу именно для них. Ну и по мелочи: не хватило наверное уюта..... Чувствуется, что хозяин квартиры-мужчина, нет женской руки. В общем и целом квартира нормальная, но цена завышена, видимо из-за праздников(( были на 23 февраля.

Disadvantages:

Не хватило уюта и всяких мелочей (начиная от тряпочки для стола, салфеток на кухне...... и т. д., не буду мелочиться)
