Advantages:

При заселении произошла накладка, но хозяйка оперативно предложила другой вариант и мы остались довольны, по этому за фото поставил меньше звезд, т.к. была другая квартира, но в новом доме, остановка общественного транспорта рядом, в доме расположен магазин пятерочка. В самой квартире все чисто и уютно. Хорошая просторная, светлая квартира
