Advantages:

Квартира хорошая. Кровать удобная. На улице было -20, а внутри тепло и уютно. Дом расположен удачно, рядом магазины, музеи и места для прогулок.

Disadvantages:

Слив воды плохо работал, сообщила об этом хозяйке.
